Leading Virtual Teams

In this 1.5-day seminar, you’ll learn how to create effective and motivating teamwork and which factors make virtual teams successful. Learn from experts which attitudes and behaviours are required to lead virtual teams. Reflect on your own leadership behaviour and learn to strengthen self-reflection in the team.
