LEADING TEAMS SUCCESSFULLY
03.09.2024 – 05.09.2024

In theory, teams have the capacity to achieve more and to a higher standard, than individuals working alone. This course teaches what needs to be done to ensure that team members complement each other and that synergies arise in cooperation.

Learning goals

After successful completion of the course, participants will understand how synergistic teamwork can succeed. They will have knowledge of the five essential factors that determine whether the whole (the team) becomes more or less than the sum of the parts (the individual team members). They will also master a variety of practical team leadership tools. This course will provide an understanding of what needs to be done (and what needs to be avoided) for teams to be successful.
