In theory, teams have the capacity to achieve more and to a higher standard, than individuals working alone. This course teaches what needs to be done to ensure that team members complement each other and that synergies arise in cooperation.
Learning goals
After successful completion of the course, participants will understand how synergistic teamwork can succeed. They will have knowledge of the five essential factors that determine whether the whole (the team) becomes more or less than the sum of the parts (the individual team members). They will also master a variety of practical team leadership tools. This course will provide an understanding of what needs to be done (and what needs to be avoided) for teams to be successful. These include the creating clarity so that everyone has the same vision and goals and each person knows their role and area of responsibility in the team. As well as building and leading teams in a way that maximizes the potential inherent in differences between people and the optimizing team cohesion, motivation and communication.Content
