CEO, TUBS GmbH

Ingo Einacker has been CEO of TUBS GmbH since 2014. Prior to this role, he gained more than 20 years’ experience in a range of senior functions in the management of scientific institutions, most recently as head of the President’s Office of the TU Berlin.

After studying in Hamburg and at the Freie Universität Berlin, he continued his professional education at the Malik Management Center St. Gallen, among others. He is an enthusiastic sailor and is involved on a voluntary basis in youth work on traditional ships, among other things.

Project Manager, Further Education

Katharina Schulz has been working as Project Manager of Continuing Education for the TU Berlin Academy for Professional Education since 2021. As a trained adult educator, she gained extensive experience prior to this position through her role as an Area Manager for career orientation in the transition from school to work, where she coordinated individual projects between schools, training companies, universities, and Berlin government bodies. In addition, she designed and implemented a range of courses for pedagogical specialists on the subject of methodology and didactics.

Ms Schulz gained further work experience at DB Training, Learning & Consulting, where she also wrote her master’s thesis on the topic of learning and action impulses in workplace-related consulting, as well as at the HU Berlin in the area of competence modeling. In addition, Ms. Schulz was able to deepen her intercultural competence through her Bachelor’s degree and her practical experience as a roofer in France.

Head of the IT Department

Simon Becker is head of the IT Department and has been working at TUBS GmbH since July 2019. He is responsible for the development and operation of the IT infrastructure of the TU Berlin Academy for Professional Education.

He has been self-employed in the IT field since 2013 and advises companies and implements in the working fields of web, cloud and administration. He has many years of experience in international development cooperation and has founded two NGOs in this field. He is an open source enthusiast and winner of a founder award at the FU Berlin on the topic of Digital Sustainable Publishing. He studied Dutch and Linguistics at the TU and FU Berlin.

Project Manager IT

Md Bayazid Bostame is working as an IT administrator at TUBS GmbH. He has a wealth of experience and a diverse background in IT, Computer Science and Data Science.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science at the University of Potsdam, where he delves into the intricacies of image analysis, machine learning and data visualization. He also trained in Software Systems Engineering at the Thai German Graduate School of Engineering in Thailand, where he deepened his knowledge in software engineering, computer architecture, and distributed systems. Mr Bostame also has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, obtained in Bangladesh.

Head of Accounting Department

Maria Zschimmer has been heading the Accounting Department at TUBS GmbH, since 2016 and is also fulfilling this role at the TU Berlin Academy for Professional Education.

She studied Business Administration at FU Berlin with a focus on human resources and management and gained her first professional experience in a Berlin tax office, before working for several years as an Administrative Manager at an independent organization in Berlin. She also has a Master’s Degree in Social Enterprise Management In addition, Ms Zschimmer volunteers as a circus trainer for tightrope walking and aerial acrobatics.
