Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the industry, this course offers invaluable insights and hands-on experiences to enhance your expertise and career prospects. The course is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.

Why this course?

The course places great emphasis on presenting the most important trends in the field of autonomous vehicles and digitalization. Through the close exchange with lecturers and guest speakers, participants acquire specialist knowledge and work intensively on their own practical project at the same time.

Methodology

The course combines lectures, interactive workshops, practical exercises, case studies and individual projects to provide a holistic learning experience. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in discussions and apply learned concepts to real-world scenarios. The course content is subject to updates based on the latest developments in the field of digitalized transport.

Learning goals

After successfully completing the course, participants can:
  • Outline real-world cases, gleaned from European managers and policy makers
  • Analyze and use current and future trends in Autonomous Mobility
  • Evaluate application fields, potentialities (and bottlenecks) in the field
  • Formulate successful, future-oriented thinking about Autonomous Mobility and digitalization of the transport industry

Contents

The course will examine the current issues related to autonomous vehicles through the lens of business, technology, policy and user perspectives. It will include a mix of lectures and practical exercises to provide participants with a holistic learning experience. Participants will be encouraged to actively engage in discussions and apply the concepts learned to real-world scenarios.

Target group

  • Mobility stakeholders with an interest in autonomous vehicles, regardless of whether they have a background in mobility and IT
  • Company managers
  • Public transport operators
  • City entities
  • Policy makers
  • NGOs

All course participants have access to a reduced course fee, as a result of support from the European Union's EIT Urban Mobility initiative.

Participants of an entity associate with PAVE Europe, will discuss the fee directly with PAVE Europe.

Participants of an entity NOT associated with PAVE Europe receive a discount price of 450 โ‚ฌ.
(Standard course fees at the TU Berlin Academy for a course of this duration are 3135 โ‚ฌ)
